Fall Prevention Program!
Clinically proven to reduce falls.
So many of us work hard our entire lives with the expectation of getting to retirement and enjoying the rest of our lives doing things we love. Don’t let age take that away.
- Falls are the leading cause of brain injuries and hospitalization for people over the age of 65.
- Falls are the leading cause of accidental death.
- Falls in general account for more than 40% of non-fatal injuries.
Even people who don’t get hurt after a fall are still emotionally affected. In many cases just the fear of falling threatens our independence and can prevent us from doing the things we love.
Don’t let the fear of falling affect your life or take away your independence. Dedham Health has created a unique clinically

proven protocol that significantly reduces fall risk and increases strength, flexibility and mobility.
We use a set of resistance exercises and movements that activate and strengthen the muscles specifically responsible for stability, directional control and balance.

Our Written Testimonials
Margaret takes her grandchildren to the ocean every year to spend time with them. This year was a special year though because Margaret got to do something she never imagined being able to do. She says her grandchildren always try to get her to go in the water to play, but because of her balance issue she could not. After taking the program, not only did she have the confidence enough to surprise her grandchildren in the water, she had no trouble keeping her balance! By improving her balance, Margaret and her grandchildren can now share new memories together.

Joan came back from her wonderful vacation. She especially noticed that this year, carrying around her giant suitcase around the airport was much easier. Airports are a giant balance hazard due to the rushed atmosphere and large crowds. The last thing she wanted to do on her way to vacation is to suffer from a fall. She says, “It’s the small activities we do during our daily lives we should not take for granted.”

He stepped on a low wall in an outdoor patio area and started to slip on the moss and dirt on top of the wall. But, quickly reestablished his balance. In an other incident, he was walking at a very crowded event when he felt his balance shift. Again, he quickly regained his balance without having to think about it. He says, “It simply happened”
